MGP134. This original house in Palamós, dates from 1940 and is located in the old town of the Villa. It has a total area of 215 m2 plus 180 m2 garden. It consists of ground floor and first floor. The ground floor has access to a garden in which we find a piece of the old Palamós wall.
On the ground floor we find a distributor from which we access to two bedrooms, a dressing room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms with large windows and a full bathroom. The whole plant is very bright.
The house needs some reforms to adapt it and recover its essence.
