The big yard located at the entrance of the house is ideal for a fantastic “Delta paella” shared with family and friends.
Entering the house we have the dining room on one side and a small living room to the other. The kitchen, pantry and a room with 2 beds are located on this floor. Upstairs on the first floor we have a suite, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath and shower, as well as the living room. There is also a terrace with stunning views to the Natural Park.
On the next floor we can find another suite with a bathroom and a private living room for this floor. There is also a large terrace with spectacular views.
The house is 5 minutes from Sant Carles de la Rapita, lovely seaside village with harbor, beach, many restauantes and 10 minutes to another very big and spectacular beach where you can do all kinds of activities: windsurfing, kite, paddle surfing… The area is world famous for bird watching and the situation of the house is excellent for viewing.
